Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Note: Some suppliers may not allow returns. Final approval is subject to each manufacturer’s policy.

Eligible Items

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All original components, hardware, and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Opened electronics or sensors

  • Fluids, oils, or lubricants

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email us at gridperformance@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  3. You'll receive instructions for return shipping.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund or store credit will be issued (minus any applicable fees).

Fees

  • Restocking Fee: Up to 20% depending on manufacturer policy

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item was incorrect or damaged

Wrong or Damaged Item?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Large or special-order items may ship via freight or directly from the manufacturer

Fulfillment Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days

  • Drop-shipped or special-order items: May vary by vendor availability

Backorders
If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an estimated ship date or offer alternatives.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Please provide your tracking number and photos if applicable.
